Birthing at home?
Doula support is perfect for parents looking for continuity of emotional support and resources during their journey and non-medical physical and emotional support during labour.
I will help you navigate any decisions to ensure you are able to make informed decisions that are right for you and your family.

(if planning on Birthing at Home you will be entitled to a $200 discount)
Option One
Do you want Doula support for just the labour and birth? Someone to entertain you other children, walk the dog and ensure everyone is looked after? Maybe you recognise you would like female energy in the birth space wether in hospital or before you leave or midwives arrive if birthing at home.
This option is for families that know they just need support in labour without prenatal and postnatal support.
Offering includes
Phone, text and email support from the time of booking till after birth when you are confident in your journey as a mother
1 x visits to go over any questions, explore fears or limitations, talk about birth preferences and help create a birth map.
Access to doula resources that include a book library, homeopathic kit, essential oils, rebozo, birthing combs, affirmation cards, battery peg lights, battery tea candles, and portable speakers.
TENs machine for labour
On-call for birth from 37 weeks till the time of birth and in-person support for labour, birth and golden hours
1 x Postpartum visits for birth debrief and support with breastfeeding, baby wearing, resting, washing dishes, cooking, meals etc

Offering for those who know what they would like some support navigating Pregnancy and their decision and support in labour and birth.
